Withdrawal instructions

Consumers have the following statutory right of cancellation:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Dr. O.K. Wack Chemie GmbH, Untere AU 9, 85107 Baar-Ebenhausen, Germany, info@dr-wack.com, Phone: (+49) 8453/41995-100) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the sample cancellation form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you cancel this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. We will bear the costs of returning the goods. You will only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
