Delivery
The products available in the Dr. Wack online shop are always in stock. The delivery time within Germany is approximately 2 - 3 days, to abroad approximately 2 - 12 days. We point out any deviating delivery times on the respective product page. We ship our items with our shipping service provider DHL/Deutsche Post.
Payment
Payment can be made optionally in advance, via PayPal, or by credit card. Our bank details are mentioned in the terms and conditions. When paying via PayPal or by credit card, the charge of your PayPal othe credit card account upon completion of the order.
Minimum order value
The minimum order value for all orders in the Dr. O.K. Wack Chemie online shop is 12.00 €. Orders with a total value below this amount unfortunately cannot be considered and processed. Small quantity surcharges are not charged.
Discounts
Unfortunately, no discounts can be granted on orders in the Dr. O.K. Wack Chemie online shop. This includes orders of higher quantities.
Shipping costs
The Shipping costs Within Germany, the shipping costs amount to 4.95 € (exception for German islands: shipping costs upon request) to abroad 11.80 € (third countries 9.92 €); shipping costs do not apply for an order value within Germany of 50.00 €, to abroad 99.00 €. For customers outside Germany, any transfer fees and customs/taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please inform yourself locally at your bank and the customs authority.
