Of course, you can visit our website without providing any information about yourself. You can access the privacy notice via the link at the bottom of each page.

We use your personal data during your visit to our website only for the operation and optimization of our website. For this purpose, the IP address, various technical data of the end device (e.g., operating system, browser used, etc.) as well as data about the use of our website are collected. We do not store this data beyond the legal retention periods or the fulfillment of the purpose. Processing of this data is necessary to ensure the operation of the website. If you do not agree with this processing, we cannot provide you with our online services. We evaluate this information statistically to make the use of our website even more pleasant for all visitors. There is no linking with any personal data that may already be stored with us. The data collected in the context of using the website will be deleted no later than after 14 months. The storage of the data may be extended in individual cases to enforce legal claims, to defend against possible legal claims, or due to legal obligations.

The processing of personal data for the purpose of operating the website as well as network and information security is based on Article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR. Recipients of the data

There is no disclosure of your data to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to transmit the data. This processing is based on Article 6 (1) c) GDPR and in connection with the respective order or legal obligation to which we are subject in each individual case. According to Article 6 (1) c) GDPR, it is permitted to process personal data if the processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which the controller is subject. Categories of recipients of the data are public authorities in the event of a legal obligation and processors who process the online collected data on our behalf, as well as possibly jointly responsible for processing with us. Newsletter

We send you our newsletter if we have collected your email address from you in the context of a business relationship.

The processing of your email address for the purpose of sending the newsletter is based on our legitimate interest according to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR in conjunction with § 7 para. 3 sentence 1 UWG. You can object to the processing at any time via the 'unsubscribe link' in the newsletter, without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs according to the basic rates.
The data you provided for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be blocked after unsubscribing from the newsletter. After the statutory retention period of three years (regular limitation period), this data will be deleted. Data that has been stored with us for other purposes remains unaffected.

The sending of newsletters is done by CleverReach. CleverReach is a service that can be used to organize and analyze newsletter dispatch. The data you entered for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter (e.g., email address) is stored on the servers of CleverReach in Germany.  
Our newsletters sent via CleverReach allow us to analyze the behavior of the newsletter recipients. This includes analyzing how many recipients opened the newsletter message and how often each link in the newsletter was clicked. With the help of so-called conversion tracking, it can also be analyzed whether a predefined action (e.g., purchase of a product on our website) occurred after clicking the link in the newsletter. The data you provided for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted from our servers as well as from the servers of CleverReach after unsubscribing from the newsletter. Data that has been stored with us for other purposes remains unaffected.

Customer surveys via SurveyMonkey

If we have received your email address in the context of a business relationship, we will send you satisfaction surveys via email, in which we ask you questions about the products purchased and collect target group information regarding product development.

You can also apply to participate in a consumer test. In the event of acceptance, we will send you a corresponding questionnaire.

The legal basis for this processing is your consent according to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a GDPR. You have the option to revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. The legality of the processing operations that have already taken place remains unaffected by the revocation.

For sending emails, we use the service SurveyMonkey (SurveyMonkey Europe UC, Ella House, Suite 40.4, 40 Merrion Square East, Dublin 2, Ireland).

We have concluded a data processing agreement with SurveyMonkey.

Cookies

We use session cookies on our website. Below, we would like to briefly explain the purpose of these cookies. Cookies are short text snippets that we store on your computer. Cookies do not execute commands on your computer, thus posing no security risk.

Session cookies store certain information while you browse our website and are not permanently stored, but are deleted when you leave our website.

The use of session cookies is based on Article 6 (1) (f). The operation of the website is in the legitimate interest of the controller.

Google Analytics

The following data is collected from you, among others: IP address, duration of stay on the website, language, location, and the browser you are using. The data collected with Google Analytics is internally forwarded to our marketing department and processed there.

Application for an influencer collaboration

If you are an influencer interested in a collaboration with us, we will send you an application form.

Through this form, we can collect the following personal data from you: Name, address, age, email address, account name on various social media channels, number of subscribers, existence of collaborations with other companies, and depending on the desired cooperation, information such as the car or motorcycle models you drive.

The purpose of processing is to decide on a cooperation contract with you. The legal basis is therefore Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures).

We store your personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose described above and beyond that within the framework of legal retention periods.

As a processor, we use Easy Feedback. We have entered into a data processing agreement with Easy Feedback. Apart from that, your personal data will not be shared with third parties.

Facebook/Instagram Account

We have a profile on Facebook and Instagram. The provider is Meta Platforms Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA.

We have entered into an agreement with Meta regarding joint responsibility for data processing (Controller Addendum). This agreement specifies which data processing operations we or Meta are responsible for when you visit our Facebook fan page. TikTok

We use various TikTok accounts of the operator TikTok Technology Limited, 10 Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin, D02 T380, Ireland.

YouTube Videos

We have embedded YouTube videos (the service is operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) via a so-called iframe. This iframe is only loaded when you consent to it by making the appropriate selection in the cookie banner. Once you do that, a connection to YouTube's server in the USA is established.

This connection is necessary to display the respective video on our website via your internet browser. In the process, YouTube will at least collect and process your IP address, the date along with the time, and the website you visited. Additionally, a connection to Google's advertising network 'DoubleClick' will be established.

If you are logged into YouTube at the same time, YouTube assigns the connection information to your YouTube account. If you want to prevent this, you must either log out of YouTube before visiting our website or make the appropriate settings in your YouTube user account.

For the purpose of functionality and analyzing user behavior, YouTube permanently stores cookies via your internet browser on your device.

In addition, Google loads so-called web fonts into your browser cache with your consent to display texts and fonts correctly. For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to Google's servers. This allows Google to know that our website has been accessed via your IP address. YouTube channel

We use a YouTube channel operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

When you visit our YouTube channel, the operator processes your personal data such as IP address and information about your device. If you are logged in with your Google account, this data may be linked to your account.

We use the statistical data provided by Google about the use of the channel for the purpose of optimizing reach and improving our offering. In particular, we can view the following data:

We have no influence over the generation of these statistics.

Vimeo

We use a Vimeo account from the operator Vimeo Inc., 555 West 18th Street New York, New York 10011, USA.

When you visit a page that has a Vimeo video embedded, your IP address and various technical data of your end device, such as operating system, browser used, etc., are stored by Vimeo on servers in the USA.

The legal basis for processing your data is your consent under Article 6(1) sentence 1 lit. a GDPR.

Your rights regarding the processing of your personal data

Regarding the processing of personal data, you have various rights, which we would like to inform you about below. Details of your rights can also be found in Articles 15 to 21 GDPR and Sections 32 to 37 of the Federal Data Protection Act ("BDSG").

You have the right to receive information about your personal data. You can also request the correction of incorrect data.
